As a marine biologist from Edinburgh, my visits to this hotel have always been exciting gastronomic adventures. The location overlooking the serene lake is an ideal spot for breakfast on the balcony, inviting the fresh Nordic breeze with every sip of coffee. The culinary offerings are commendable; I was particularly impressed with the gluten-free menu crafted in collaboration with IL MONDO SENZA GLUTINE, ensuring inclusivity without compromising flavor. For dinner, I savored the locally sourced seafood, beautifully prepared, showcasing the region's bounty. The ambiance of the restaurant enhances the experience, with tasteful decor and a warm atmosphere.
